Abstract
ARGESIM benchmark "C22 – Non-standard Queuing Policies" describes some queueing policies and customer behaviors beyond the default first-in-first-out rule. In this article it is studied how this policies can be implemented and investigated using the discrete-event, stochastic simulation tool Warteschlangensimulator.
