Abstract

This contribution presents MMT, an e-learning system used in mathematical based courses at Vienna University of Technology. The MMT system makes use of computer numeric systems like MATLAB and R and offers experiments via web server technology. The online tool MMT on the one side enables students to increase their skills in mathematics and modelling, and on the other side to train implementation of models in the computer numeric system used. Developments are planned as well on example libraries as well as functionality.
